A good training doesn’t simply share information. A good training sparks curiosity, engages people fully, taps into their strengths and is even fun. While training is different from therapy, I approach both with a similar spirit, bringing warmth, humor, and a collaborative approach to the room. My greatest hope for learners is that they are inspired to learn more.

My trainings are interactive, experiential, and grounded in real-world practice. Whether the focus is therapy, trauma-informed care, harm reduction or other topics, I design each training with intention, drawing from research and practical experience to create learning experiences that stick. My style is accessible and includes experiential exercises, small group discussion, personal reflection, and case examples drawn from real life. I am a recognized Continuing Education Unit (CEU) provider in the state of Indiana through the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency (IPLA). Participants outside of Indiana may still receive a Certificate of Completion, which may be submitted to their licensing or credentialing board for approval.
